Total Commander 9.10 copy

Post by *Alexisback »

I'm using version 9.10

question:

1) why do not i see the second progress bar in the copy?

2) why do not i see the file percentage and the size?
example:
3/26 (file)
874 M / 8000 M (dimension)

An update never overwrites your config
as long as you don't customize default files like default.bar.

Bad idea.
Make a copy under a new name and change the config to this name.

In Program Files ????

If you're using/addressing default.bar in 'Program Files\Total Commander\' (to say nothing of [systemdrive]\totalcmd\) you should be seriously disabused of the idea.

A writable file in reserved, system, area of your folder tree?
An invitation to malware mayhem, in my book.
You're running in your daily work with an admin account?

All my inis and bars are in [datadrive]\Users\Public\.
Choose them once and the reference stays in Settings.
Accessible by admins and standard users alike.
Recommended.
