TC9.12 Win7 64bit - Synchronizing tool delete unwanted files

Situation. Synchronizing tool found 191 files, 189 identical, 2 with question mark. After selecting of all files and unselectinng two question mark items by clicking while pressing the Ctrl key in left panel, and after this choosing delete files on left panel, not only 189 files but 191 files were deleted.

Did you accidentally right-click on the directory name? If so, this marks all files in that directory and all subsequent actions are applies to all files.
