copy - autorename copied - direct button

Post by *oko »

Please, give the command "auto-rename copied" as direct button in replace dialog.

Reasons:
- I would like to work quick and efficient - autorename copied is in "others" and it means one click more and focusing needed
- rarely it happens, that I click in list little bit belove or up and hit bad command.
- I found here in forum that many people use this command and I use this command very often too.
- Many buttons in replace dialogs (maybe less used), why not autorename copied.
- Yes, there is the shortcut, however, using of mouse is quicker then keyboard shortcut (alt+>+c) - (in my language it has even more difficult shortcut).
- I found it is possible to set default overwrite action in F5 dialog, but i don't use F5 very often, i often drag and drop file to tab and there is no dialog and no option to set default action. In addition autorename as default would not be always best solution.

Thank you very much.

Perhaps it would be an idea to allow the user to define which buttons are visible on the copy/move dialog?

I would still prefer "per folder" settings see my suggestion here:
