Uploading a whole folder always takes place at exactly 50KB/s (in most cases).
Upload time: minutes
However, if you enter the folder and upload the files one by one the upload speed goes up to max Internet connection (10mbps in my case).
Upload time: seconds.
Happens with v9 and older versions of TC.

NOT A BUG!
NOT A BUG!
I downloaded another FTP program and I report that this 'bug' is in my host's server (BlueHost) not in Total Commander.
Sorry!
Let everyone know that BlueHost speed sucks as bad as an old fried dial-up modem!

If it's a huge file you need to upload, just upload it to the root first, and then use Shift+F6 to rename it. Most servers accept relative names to move files, e.g. enter
folder/file.bin
with a forward slash.
