If you don' try to disable these entries you will never find out if they are the reason for the missing "rename" entry. I have rarely seen such a messy context menu, which by the way will slow down opening the context menu.

As you want to stay with autoruns:
- Activate "Options -> [x] Hide Microsoft Entries"
- Deactivate the remaining entries by removing the check box for each handler in the several sections ending with "...\ShellEx\ContextMenuHandlers".

If this does not show any effect in TC you can easily re-enable them later again with autoruns.
Or better: re-enable only those handlers which you really need.

This time I found the culprit 3 instances of Ultimate defrag and the first was really causing the problem.
This program was also present in 2 other PC's but not in context menu.
No need to disable this program who is excellent for HD's a liitle bit less for SSD's.
To all of you thanks for your help,

Jo
