[9,20b1] IgnoreDirErrors=1 and open TC with path

[9,20b1] IgnoreDirErrors=1 and open TC with path

Hi,
Windows 10 v1709 x64, TC 9.20b1 x64
Set IgnoreDirErrors=1 in wincmd.ini.
Run TOTALCMD[64].exe C:\Any_File-May_Or_May_Not_Exist.tmp
TC always shows <Read error!> in the file panel.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

This should be fixed in TC 9.20 beta 2, please test it!
