Associate dialog - lack of buttons

Associate dialog windows - system and packer plugins - does not have maximize/restore and minimize buttons, although can be resized with mouse and even maximize eg. with AHK script.

This is intentional. Modal dialog boxes don't usually have maximize, restore and minimize buttons.

What about "File system plugins" "Lister plugins" "Content plugins" config windows then? Should follow the same rules.
