Refer to:
http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=41609&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30

Suggest to highlight the search result in "Compare by content".
Now we still have green underline only in TC9, it is not obvious.
Please consider this suggestion. Thanks.

Support! A setting would be appreciated. Sometimes I also spend some time to find search result in large window.

This is intentional to distinguish between selection and search results, and show results also in inactive panel.

Yes but it is really hard to locate found text, especially in case of long scrollable lines.

I don't see how this should work when selection and search result overlap.

I can see two solutions:

1) In case of blue selection, and yellow search result - use an average of blue and yellow for the search result.

2) Much simpler: selection could take precedence and be drawn as it is now.

In practice, when searching for some text, in most cases this text will be found in a line, that is not selected - so, as for me, solution 2) would be enough.

Yes, solution 2 is good enough.
