[9.20b4] Wrong non-ASCII letters in 'Invalid Input' message

Post by *mwz »

If you mistakely insert the non-ASCII symbol in the Date field of "Change Attributes", in the "Invalid input" error message it is replaced by the two-letters string that has nothing with the letter inserted, see Image: http://mwz-ru.homeserver.com/tests/ChangeAttrib.gif

When you do the same in the Time field — both ASCII and non-ASCII symbols are replaced by zero (0).

I do understand that it is unimportant in this case — but probably the same effect can appear in the major cases.

I can confirm this - but only with 64-bit TC.

To reproduce, it's enough to place some national characters (like letters with umlauts) in Date or Time field.

Both 32-bit and 64-bit TC work now properly here.
