Why could not use hotkey ALT+F5 for pack file

My TC is upgrade to 6.03 version
When I use ALT+F5 for pack file, the windows flash a black and then nthing to do!
I can only use right mouse key and select "packfile" now

Who can tell me , Why

You will have to disable the Ati Hotkey Poller service to re-enable the packing dialog ...
