Moving from Win7 to Win10

Have purchased a second computer - Windows 10. Have already one Windows 7.
Now the question is how to move the settings from Win7 TC to Win10 TC?
I have a wincmd.ini file in Win7 but can't see one on TC Win10.
I also want to add my registration from Win7 to Win10 - if that is possible.
Do I have to manually set up all the settings from Win7 TC?
