[9.21a] Multi-rename [f] option doesn't work for direct text

[9.21a] Multi-rename [f] option doesn't work for direct text

1. Try pattern [f][N] for test file "oh my god how bad is this in a table sheet english in titles.txt", all is correct, "in" and "a" are lowercase.
2. Try direct pattern [f]oh my god how bad is this in a table sheet english in titles, "in" and "a" now start with capitals, just like after [F].

Currently the special [f] rules are only applied to placeholders. I will check whether I can also support manually entered text. The combobox rules for upper-/lowercase are applied to the entire string, so you can use that instead.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 9.22 release candidate 1, please test it!
