Total Commander is filemanager, not an image manipulator. Perhaps there is some plugin that can do this, but easiest alternative would be to use image application. When need to do batch resize I use Irfanview.

HOW do you "change the image"?

You could call a command line tool for that work, and TC could do that for all selected files with one step.

It is impossible with pure Total Commander.
Probably you use plugin or external program, and we don't know which one.

But you CAN do this for many files at once with Graphic Converter packer plugin - http://totalcmd.net/plugring/graphicconverter.html

I can recommend the batch image processor in Irfanview. It can resize, resample, cut, sharpen etc., all in one step.
