[TC x32] God mode doesn't work

Confirmed but it works in x64 !
So why do you want it in x32 on an x64 OS ?

I don't understand too, why it doesn't work in 32-bit TC, and I think that it should...

32-bit apps work in a sandboxed subsystem, so some features are unavailable by design.

I guess it doesn't work for the same reason the control panel doesn't show everything in TC 32-bit on Windows 64-bit.

Unfortunately it seems that it isn't available in the 32-bit subsystem. It's not a problem with the function call itself, that works with other URLs like
cd ::{208D2C60-3AEA-1069-A2D7-08002B30309D}
which lead to the "Network" virtual folder.
