Format disk. How?

Format disk. How?
I wanna format my disk into FAT32, exFAT, ext4, etc. How can I do this? Does TC have such capability? If not, is it planned for implementation?

You would be better off using a third party disk utility. I use MiniTool Partition Wizard myself.
