Total Commander Registry editing question??

Post by *Gidan »

I have installed Total Commander and I have a very simple question…. Where in the world do I find the registry editor please? I know its probably a very dumb question but I cannot find where it is… when I search for the strings to change, it doesn’t come up with anything…. Am I missing something?

And yes, I am new to this...

Hi Gidan and welcome.

Please use Win+R on your keyboard and type 'regedit' followed by enter key.

If you really need a Registry editor inside of TC try this plugin:

Code: Select all

Registry v 5.2 - plugin for Total Commander 5.51 and newer.
Home page: http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/registry.html

Who said that there is one in TC itself ?
Search for and start regedit.exe in your Windows
Windows 11 Home x64 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3374)
TC 11.03 x64 / x86
Everything 1.5.0.1371a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.3.2, Listary Pro 6.3.0.69
QAP 11.6.3.2 x64
