TC9.5beta4 - Directory hotlist(Ctrl+D) and History(Alt+Down) dropdown menus do not change on dark mode switch.

1. Change to dark mode in Configuration - options - Color, or by cm_SwitchDarkmode.
2. Press Ctrl+D or Alt+Down
3. The dropdown menus are not dark mode.

Unfortunately this is a bug in Windows 10: Once the main window has been created, it is no longer possible to change the color of any popup menus.

The only way would be to restart TC. I'm not sure whether I should do that automatically, or ask the user, or both.
