TC9.50B4 Dark mode: Filter field in "Choose command" dialog

Both versions (x86 and x64)
- Execute cm_CommandBrowser
- Resize the dialog's height to max
- Reduce the dialog height with the mouse (may need to repeat this multiple times)

-> the "Filter:" edit- control becomes a white background (not always complete, sometimes only the upper part of the control)

Looks like a refresh problem while reducing the dialog height.
(W10 x64 1903, AMD RX550 Driver 19.10.1)

11.11.19 Fixed: Dark mode: Resizing the cm_CommandBrowser window would make scrollbars and edit box white -> redraw with a timer (32/64)

Confirmed for x64 but not completly fixed for x86
In TC9.50B5x86 i can see the effect of the timer in the filter edit control (becomes black in about 1 sec) but the vertical scroll bar is still bright.

I can reproduce the the bright vertical scrollbars, but only in 32bit TC9.5b5 under Windows 10 1903

Fixed with TC9.5beta6. Also the flicker in the filter edit control is gone.
