Question about AssociationMultiVerbs

Hello, i'm using TC 9.5b11 x32 on Windows 7SP1 x64

I want to know what's the different about the option AssociationMultiVerbs?

The only different i can see is the internal change to the extension's name

Is there some extend use when i enable this option? Thank you.

Until TC 9.5 when you set up internal associations ("Files" -> "Internal Associations (Total Commander Only)..." only the first association that matched would be used. In TC 9.5 checking the "Load extra commands from all matching types" (AssociationMultiVerbs=1) ALL matching associations will be used.

So if you for example have one association for: *.bmp *.png *.jpg *.gif
And you have another association for: *.gif
Then both associations matching *.gif will be shown in the right click menu, so you can chose which one you want to use for *.gif files.

Oh, i understand, now we can call all menu when the ext have more than one association.

Sorry for one more question, from your screenshot, why you put * and ** in open?
In my case if i just want the associat menu i usually let them nothing, what's the use?
