compare dirs or two groups of files

I am not sure if there is convenient way to compare two dirs like windiff? The only one I found available in TC is Compare files by content. However that only works by comparing one file again another file. What I like is to compare two groups of files.

¤ chudq asked for compare dirs, but I don't know what is his main need… ?

Oh, sorry, I misread your post.
But I think chudq is rather looking for something like Synchronize Dirs. Anyways, now he has two options.
