How to open the same drive/folder on each panel every time?

How can I make Total Commander open the same drive/folder on each panel every time it opens?

I tried save options/config and that just does not seem to do it...

1. Select the drive folders you want to star in
2. Unselect the option "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Operation" -> "Save on exit" -> "Directories"

You might also want to Unselect "Panels (brief/full etc.)" in the same section.

If you want to make changes to where you start up you can just save those changes with "Configuration" -> "Save Settings".
