I don't understand what you want - try and explain what you try to do step by step...

Indeed. It's also possible to post screenshots if necessary; upload them to an image hoster and post the link(s) here.

Using 2 panels being left the drive folder in tree view and right being the files in each folder in brief view.
When selecting an 7-Zip file using mouse right button and "moving" the file to left panel in drive root not is displayed 7-Zip menu being only displayed copy or move.
In File Explorer is possible display an menu with the 7-Zip menu.

This leads to more questions. Do you use a Separate Tree View, or the Tree View in a file panel? And if you use the Tree View in the file panel have you enabled the option "Display" -> "Tree" -> "Always load complete directory tree".

Anyway - it seems that you are trying to drag a file from inside a 7z file onto a blank area in a directory tree - that is not possible, because that is like dragging it to nowhere. If you want to drag it to the "base" of the tree, than drag it to "Desktop".

I'm still not absolutely sure what you mean and what you want, but i guess you want to show context menu for "7z".
TC works other way - it is just unintuitive IMO to show such a menu when you drag file. You can instead display system context menu with more commands, both in Explorer and TC, right click in Explorer, long right click by default in TC, what you can change to suits your needs.

When you right-mouse-button-drag a file between two explorer windows a menu pops if to copy or move the file. I assume 7-Zip adds itself to the menu when dragging a .7z file and adds an option to extract files to the target. As I understand the OP, this also works in TC unless the target is the root of a drive.
