Copy/Move with masks as destination

Post by *Evds »

It would be useful if it would be possible to use rename mask (like in the rename dialog) in the copy/move dialog.

for example:
You could search for files, feed them to the listbox, and then copy them to an destination folder per year(c:\result\[Y]\[n][e])

The idea looks interesting, though you should use "pattern" term instead of "mask" because masks usually imply wildcards (*, ?).

It would be nice to have a feature that combines copy/move operations with the existing MRT functionality.

I often need to rename wile moving or copying. From now i use temporary folder which is not the most convenient way as we do not have 3 panels.
