Connect 2 PCs with Total Commander

Hi,

I know that Total commander can connect 2 PCs with a Laplink cable.
Would it be possible to build in a small FTP Server into Total commander so we can access 2 PCs with an FTP connection over a network ?

Why not use a small standalone FTP server like FTPDMIN?

Why should TC reinvent the wheel ?
If there is a network in between there are many free ways to connect 2 PCs and transfer files.

TeamViewer
FTP client / server tools

It's also possible to just use what Windows already provides: simple network shares.
