Where are the shell command lines that are added with the Add button [+] saved?
function type: send shell order
command: sh
parameters: ls *txt
Is there a file or path where you can find the lines written in Parametes (ls *txt).
I want to know where that line is stored (ls *txt)

It's stored in Total Commander's settings directory in a file named ButtonBar.xml.
You can go there without root rights:
Home folder -> File system root -> data -> data -> com.ghisler.android.TotalCommander -> shared_prefs
