Weird, like Dalei, when i click on the links in my post i get the images (even using a browser in a VM that could not possibly have the images in its browser cache). I wonder whether there might be some unusual browser plug-in(s) or proxy setup on your end that screws things up. Linking to a non-existing image (png in this case) either displays "404 Not found" or a folder using that name (which runs all the bells-and-whistles).

There may be some javascript glitch, deliberately broken for Firefox. EOT for me now. Thanks for help.
