[b2 x64] Wrong string used in Configure Lister dialog box

The "Display at startup" group box in the General tab should use string 5842 but it is using string 5852 instead. This is only observed in TC 10.00 b1a/b2 x64, the 32-bit versions work fine.

This should have been fixed in beta 3, please test!

Bug confirmed in TC 10 b2 x64 and confirmed fixed in TC 10 b3 x64 - both when using internal English and when using .lng file :-)
