Regarding the "show privacy policy at program start" change:
* on a device with Android 11 the dialog with privacy policy and OK/Cancel buttons appeared after I used Copy->VIA WIFI, though the first time dialog appered I could only see the OK/Cancel buttons. The second time I clicked Copy->VIA WIFI, and the text of policy appered (with Google Translate option to translete the policy text). On this device I clicked OK.
* in an Android 4.3.1 device if I use Copy->VIA WIFI, the plugin shows the dialog with OK/Cancel buttons and the text of policy. However, if I enter ///wifitraqnsfer from a Home folder, I only see a small dialog with OK/Cancel buttons, the text of policy is not available and the dialog is just big enough to show that buttons, but not the text. I can add that this device doesn't have a camera (though AFAIK the plugin showed in main QR scan dialog some black placeholder instead of camera data) and the screen size reported by TC is w:320 x h:480.

Today I sent a video of visible policy when plugin is called from copy dialog button, and absent policy when it is called from Home folder, to your gmail. Redmi phone's MP4 codec is used for video (mplayer and VLC play it fine).

Got it, thanks! I will try to set a "minimum dialog height". I'm using a floating dialog here because when I use a full screen form, Android would sometimes unload the plugin form below it...

I confirm v. 3.5 beta 2 shows privacy policy fine on Android 4.3.1 device, and auto rotation of plugin dialogs with screen rotation works fine too (except one case where as you explained it intentionally doesn't work - when starting the plugin from app drawer or other dialog which itself doesn't support auto rotation).

But I noticed one more issue: on this Android 4.3.1 device, which doesn't have a camera, Getting directory dialog is not fully covered by Receive via WiFi dialog, so the Cancel button of Getting directory dialog looks like a Cancel button of Receive via WiFi dialog. I emailed a video of this issue to your gmail account today.

It's only a problem for devices which don't have a camera, which would be a very small minority.

wifi transfer works fine BUT i cannot send anything thats inside android/obb folder.

Try sharing just the folders inside of obb, not obb itself.

Just to be sure that you do the same as I do, I go to
/storage/emulated/0/Android/obb
and then click on
-> Installed apps
This brings me to
///_Android_obb
where I select some folders, click on the "copy" button and then on "VIA WIFI".

Tested with Wifi Plugin version 3.40.

Havent tested it with total commander since i never used it.its true.It works there.
i am using solid explorer and it doesnt works for android/obb in android 11(it works ok in android 8 ).for the rest folders is working ok.
i guess maybe its solid explorer issue?

Yes, Android/obb and Android/data have to be handled in a very special way because they can only be accessed as virtual folders, not as directories. Currently it only works when shared from Total Commander.

More details about this changes:
* plugin's server (files sharing): QR code's data area increased a bit, so it should be recognized better even if the phone with QR code has low screen brightness and small screen size, and the device which scans has low quality camera (for me it works fine now when scanning the code on 1.3 Mpix laptop camera).
* plugin's server (files sharing): window layout now fits the text there better on small screens, and when the screen is still too small, it's possible to scroll the text (should help if translated text is longer then English).
* plugin's client (files receiving): sometimes camera control could start without plugin window, or with just a black area on own surface.
* plugin's client (files receiving): the Receive via WiFi dialog now covers the Cancel button of Getting directory dialog (because on devices without a camera that Cancel button looked like a part of Receive via WiFi dialog).
