If you have unchecked "by content" the option "ignore date" becomes a meaning, but it does the exact opposite what is to expect.
If I uncheck (not ignore date) I get no hit, but otherwise yes.
And if I have checked "by content" and unchecked "ignore date" the content check is ignored!?!

Note:
- if you set "[x] by content" TC will verify files with same name and same date by content.
- if you set "[x] by content" and "[x] ignore date" TC will verify additional files with same name and different date by content.
- if you set "[x] ignore date" only, TC will show files with same name and size, but different date as equal
- if you set "[x] by content" TC will verify files with same name and same date by content.
- if you set "[x] by content" and "[x] ignore date" TC will verify additional files with same name and different date by content.
- if you set "[x] ignore date" only, TC will show files with same name and size, but different date as equal
