Trying to access BIM360-folder, but no success

I am trying to access bim360 shared folder but I can only see very few folders. folders that I moved files to. Now I have access to all folders through windows explorer but could benefit from TC advantages.
can you help please

What is bim360 folder?
Where is it located? (network?)

Which OS version and bitness do you use?
Which TC version and bit?

Do you start a tool "as Admin"?
Do you try that at a company PC?

When searching for BIM360, it comes out as an Autodesk (cloud) software. At this point I'm at a loss how this software works and interacts with the system and other software. As Stefan2 said: more details please, perhaps also include screenshots (upload to a site of your choice and post a link here).
