File Manager shows the full contents of %appdata% which includes a folder \Microsoft. TC does not show %appdata%\Microsoft
Am I missing something? The \Microsoft folder holds the folders and files on the Start Menu.
Display %appdata%\Microsoft

Re: Display %appdata%\Microsoft
%AppData%\Microsoft has the System file attribute set by default. To be able to see it, you need to configure TC to show hidden system files in Options > Display.
Note that it's still possible to navigate to hidden directories. Just enter the path in TC's command line (with a "cd " preceding it), or via the path bar above the column headers. The same applies to Explorer by the way (except the command line thing
).

Re: Display %appdata%\Microsoft
Just a small correction: Newer TC versions have separate "hidden" and "system" options. So in this case, you need to show system files in Configuration - Options - Display. Otherwise Dalai is correct.
You can also create a button to go to the directory by dragging it to one of the button bars, and then disable system folders.
