Dark Theme problem

I love dark theme, and right after I've spend a hour to tweak my TC file color scheme to dark mode, I realize many controls like listbox and buttons is visual identical, whether they are enabled or not.

according to Mr Ghisler, it's Windows theme limitation.
I wonder is there any work-around for that, maybe some third-party advanced dark theme have better GUI distinguishment between enabled and disabled controls?

At least in the edit and combo boxes, only the text color changes when the control is disabled. So you will only see a difference when there is some text shown in the control.
