I use oftentimes the search function to search the whole directory tree for files containing a certain pattern.
Whenever I call search function the dialog shows a predefined minimum size of 64k.
Since I want to find ALL files I always have to manually change it to 0
Is there a way to automatically set this value to 0?
The result list shows (oftentimes) files in TotalCommander cache.
How can I always automatically exclude TC cache from result list?
The search pattern must be include in stars like
*foobar*
Is there a way to disable this requirement?
When I enter "foobar" then automatically internally TC should treat it as *foobar*
Last question:
When I tap on the loupe icon in initial TC page then TC tells me:
Find Files
Root:
Function not supported
How can I set
/storage/emulated/0
as default start dir (for recursive search)?
How to adjust default file size and exclude folder in search?

No, unfortunately not.Is there a way to automatically set this value to 0?
No, foobar alone will find names containing it. The only case when you need to use * is when the search text contains one or more dots. The search pattern must be include in stars like
*foobar*
You can't, the search always starts in the directory displayed in the active panel. How can I set
/storage/emulated/0
as default start dir (for recursive search)?
