Maybe try to reload the page by using Ctrl+R for to not seeing just the cached page.

They were probably too fast, I uploaded shortly it after the homepage and the forum announcement.

I was on the page 1 minute and 20 seconds earlier than the time of updating the current file on the server
OK now

For me it works:
