New button to add text file

Hi

Is there a guide to making new files by adding a + button?

I did:
1. Function type: Internal Command
2. Parameter: type:text/plain
OK, but I got "Function not supported!"

Could someone tell me what I'm missing?

Do:
1. Function type: Internal Command
2. Command: 116 New file
3. Parameter: none
