It is AHK who adds counter to class names, class names itself doesn't have counter at the end and there may be multiple controls with same class name, and depending on control order and visibility numbers may change.

Weren't we talking about AHK?
Anyways, you were right that toolbars in x32 version don't get their ClassNN changed if some panels before them got removed.

This topic is quite old, and perhaps much of it has long been irrelevant. However, there are still many people who believe that if a 16-bit or 32-bit application runs properly and the user is satisfied, there is no need to force the developer to release a version for 64-bit (128-bit, continue yourself in the future) systems only "for it to be."

However, it seems to me that in this topic there is no reference to the topic "[WCX] Wcx6432: 64-to-32 bit WCX plugin wrapper" in vain. She would fit right in here. For those who, like me, want to use a 64-bit file manager, but the developer of the 32-bit add-on has not released a 64-bit version. And will never be released. Not him, not anyone else. Because it is believed that almost all users have not needed the functionality of this add-on for 20 years.

I only use the decTC32host
to get the old MSI-Plus plugin working.

This works fine for me and basically it allows other plugins to work in TC x64.
I have a lot of plugins in use but for all of them there are x64 version available
since a long time.

A general comment, even when a user is satisfied with a 32bit environment
this doesn't change the fact that 32bit Windows systems have no future.
