[TC10.50 32bit] cannot zoom .ico file in lister

Cannot zoom a .ico file in lister. 32-bit only (64-bit works OK).

View a .ico file in Lister.
Press F to Fit image to window. (or use Ctrl+scroll wheel, or press + on numeric keyboard)

I used a clean ini and WIndows 11.

Icons are handled differently in the 32-bit and the 64-bit version. The former displays them as icons (not scalable), the latter as bitmaps (scalable). I don't think that there is an easy way to add this to 32-bit.

Shouldn't zooming be disabled as long as it is not supported? It has some unwanted effects now. For example when you use Fit to window and Center images, the image is not centered correctly. And when trying to zoom step by step, zoom level at top right is displayed while image is not zoomed.

This should be fixed in TC 10.51 RC1, please test it. Zooming icons should now also work in the 32-bit version (I modified the Delphi library).
