From UltraTC_DataFiles1000.zip up to and inclusive UltraTC_DataFiles1050.zip the hotkeys are identical.
(Earlier, e.g. in ultra_tc_editors_642_beta_9.rar there were less hotkeys).
My guess, you have created hotkeys yourself.

2. Tuska has begun incorporating UTCE's functions into TC itself (I think).
Quite how we users might follow his lead is a little obscure at this time.

Yes, the realization that a successful registration of the file "mscomctl.ocx" is only possible if you

2. execute the following as the last or only command in a DOS Administrator console window:
