ProcessHacker not reuse running istance

When I start:
"c:\prg\TOTALCMD64.EXE" /O /P=R /R="D:\file.exe"
From command line or Everything, it reuse the window running.
Instead when use ProcessHacker it open new istance.
Why?

You are probably running TC elevated (there is a ^ behind the username in the title bar) and when you use ProcessHacker you probably run TC as a normal process.
