Change how window/side is activated

First mouse click on inactive side/window makes it active without moving cursor, second click move cursor.

Hint: If you have the Status line enabled you can click on that to activate the panel without moving the cursor.

Yeah, I know that and use it, but sometimes I switch sides very frequently and aiming every time at status bar starts to be a bit annoying. A few minutes ago I found out that [TAB] key switches windows so I have usable workaround. But still implementing feature I wrote would be pleasant.

You can also click on
1) panel title bar
2) empty space (if any)

Using TAB key is NOT a workaround, it's the basic operation for all commander-like file managers.
