From the menu go to "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Misc." -> and remove the checkmark at "Drag&Drop (copying files with mouse)"
Then yu can remove the checkmark at "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Copy/Delete" -> "Use Explorer method (faster, cannot handle comments)" - but you don't have to.

Copying/Moving via F5/F6 always make TC show the confirmation dialog.

There are two ways to avoid the confirmation dialog:
- Copying/Moving via Drag'n'Drop; see the setting petermad mentioned above. Keep in mind that the chance to move files by accident is way higher.
- Copying/Moving via Ctrl+C/Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V. In this case, the shell (Explorer) will execute the file operation. Note that this might not work with file descriptions, but I'm not sure because I very rarely use them (and I don't use Explorer to copy/move files)

Re: How to remove that copy/move confirm dialog ?
Thanks for the instruction but it didn't work for me.
Re: How to remove that copy/move confirm dialog ?
Again: You have to use Drag'n'Drop or Ctrl+C/Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V, not F5/F6! In this case, F5/F6 not only refer to the keys on your keyboard but also TC's function key buttons below the TC status bar.
Put another way: If you want to keep using F5/F6 (including function key buttons), there's no way to disable the confirmation dialog.

Re: How to remove that copy/move confirm dialog ?
Me tooCopying/Moving via Drag'n'Drop...., but I'm not sure because I very rarely use them (and I don't use Explorer to copy/move files)

And that is why it doesn't work.
I found that Explorer does this with the combination SHIFT + Drag & Drop. Same I can do with TC now.
Thanks!
