1. Start TC with a fresh INI file containing only DrivesShowUpcase=1.
2. Run the command cd shell:Fonts and restart TC.
3. TC displays an error dialog about disk S: and suggests to choose another disk.
If DrivesShowUpcase=0, this does not happen; TC successfully loads the virtual folder.
Tested in Windows 10; TC 10.52rc4 x32 and x64.
