Hello,
I'm new in this forum and also quite new user of Total Commander on PC. Thanks to all developers and contributors of this great application.
My problem: I would like to select only files with same attribute so as to manually delete the duplicates
The concerned files belong to a folder and subfolders at different tiers. I managed to show all of them in the same window.
Filenames may be different but other attributes can be the same
First step I would like to select files with same Size
Then I would check the other properties and manually delete only the real duplicates
Second step I would like to select files with the same Title (not the filename, the attribute Title) and repeat the manual deletion process (the same picture may be saved with different granularity, then different size)
Maybe repeat the procedure also for other Exif properties
Could you please help me understand how can I select files based on those properties?
Many thanks

Re: Mark duplicate files based on attributes
Have you tried using "Find Files" to find the duplicates?
Find Files (Alt+F7) -> click on the Advanced tab -> "Find duplicate files". You can use "Same plugin field" to search for Titles if you have for example the shelldetails content plugin installed

Also keep in mind that after duplicates are displayed on the file panel, you can press Num+ to select the necessary duplicates through a special dialog.
