TCUNZL64.DLL \ TCUNZLIB.DLL - this files doesn't need anymore If using xp+ ? If yes it must be mentioned in DESCRIPT.ION

No, TCUNZL64.DLL \ TCUNZLIB.DLL is used for regular deflate, while tczstd64.dll / tczstd32.dll is used for zstd files (which is different from standard zip):

It is used mainly for tar.zst files.

but i deleted those .dll and... pack\unpack zip-files work well

The dll is still used for these cases:
1. Extracting thumbnails from the thumbnails cache. TC will recreate all thumbnails if the dll is missing.
2. Unpacking ZIP archives with BZIP2 and PPMD compression. You will get an error when trying to unpack such an archive.
