Position in file list changes after batch-rename

Hi.
The Focus/Position in the file-List changes after a Batch Rename and it gets bumped to the top. - have to scroll down again to the previous position where I left of Each time.
This used to not happen before and the prior position used to be maintained afer a batch rename
could this behaviour be changed back to the old one?

I have android 11, TotalCommander version 3.41d installed
