[TC 11.00b3] Copy speed in copy dialog updates too frequently

TC11.00b3:

The indication of the copy speed next to the overall progress bar is a great new thing.

However, when copying many small files (especially on fast drives) it updates so frequently that can barely be read.
Maybe limit the update rate to 2-3 times per second?

Do we need an indication of the same thing in two places (updated with different frequency)?

The field on the right updates more or less in real time, while the upper field updates less often to give you some kind of average.
I will try to reduce the updates of the right field a bit.

The upper one is updated once per second, and the lower one will be 2-3 times per second? Is that too much of a difference?
Maybe once per second is enough for real-time, but some kind of average speed is still missing.

There is definitely no need to maintain two such similar mappings.
How many tests I have not done - the difference is shown literally within a couple of MB / s
Even if we are talking about other computers - where the difference can be large - these two fields are so far apart it is inconvenient to use. Personally, I am in favor of raising the percentages up, and removing the second speed display altogether.
