[TC11.00b7+] Missing "Copy URL" in Lister HTML view context menu

Run TC 10.52 and open any HTML file containing links using Lister internal HTML view. Right click any link and you will see context menu with two items: "Copy URL" and "Copy all URLs".
Starting from TC 11.00b7 there is no "Copy URL" item available. It's probably related to that change:

Some bugs were fixed in beta 8, but not all:

I do NOT see that, but you must only mark the URL inside the curly brackets, not outside the URL to the left or right.

The end of the selection is used to determine the position to find the url. It doesn't matter what you mark, only the end of the selection is what matters. If you mark from right to left and include the opening curly bracket, the position is at the opening bracket and the url is found. If you mark form left to right and you include the closing curly bracket, the position is after the closing bracket and the url is not found.

Confirmed also for 32-bit TC in 32-bit Windows XP.
