When I am copying larger files (in Total Commander 6.03a to the other computer via the network I get the Delayed write error baloon message. Doing the same in the Explorer (e.g. via copy and paste works fine.
The network drive is mapped to a drive letter. The network is organised as a workgroup with 6 computers. The problem is encountered on my laptop (4200 rpm HDD, 1,5MHz Centrino, Windows XP SP2, 100Mbit/s network connection). The other computer is a 2,8MHz Pentium IV with 120GB HDD in UDMA mode.
There is no problem with small files
Any ideas?

Maybe a network card driver doesn't like the block size used for copying in Total Commander (by default: 32k). You may try to enable the compatibility mode for that drive letter in Configuration - Copy/Delete, this will use the Windows function CopyFileEx instead of my own copy loop.
