[11.00bx64] Quick Search in Sync Dirs remains visible after switching away

There were similar issues with the new history and tabs list, but it also happens in the SyncDirs.

1. Open an external SyncDirs window (totalcmd.exe /S=S), perform comparison.
2. When focus is in the list of files, type something to show Quick Search.
3. Switch to another window (using Alt+Tab or mouse).
4. The Quick Search window remains visible on top of all windows.

Tested in 11.00b10 x64.
It works correctly in 32-bit (Quick Search disappears), and also in 64-bit with the modal SyncDirs dialog.

Confirmed, when I start the Sync Tool as a separate instance with the command: %COMMANDER_EXE% /i="%COMMANDER_INI%" /S=S
