Incorrect "Change user command" dialog title

cm_CommandBrowser -> Select "usercmd.ini" -> Press "New.." or "Edit..."

In the English version, the Title string 1639="Change user command: %s" will be displayed correctly.

In other language versions, it will display an incorrect string 5062="Change single button"

If you put WCMD_ENG.LNG in the LANGUAGE directory, the English version will also be incorrectly displayed as "Change single button."

This issue probably started around the time of version 9.10.

I can also add that the problem started in TC 9.10beta1

Probably due to this:

18.09.17 Added: New optional translation string 5062="Change single button" for title bar of single button change dialog (32/64)

Confirmed, the two functions use the same dialog box.
